We accept Montana Medicaid and participate with over 20 private insurance networks.
If you do not have insurance, or you prefer not to bill insurance, we accept cash or credit card payments at the time of your appointment. Contact us today to schedule your visit.

How do I pay for an abortion?

Currently in the state of Montana, Medicaid pays for abortion. If you are uninsured and are pregnant, you may qualify for immediate Medicaid coverage.  Please call to discuss how we might help you get Medicaid coverage.

If you do not qualify for Medicaid, we charge a flat fee which is paid in full at the time of service. Please do not delay your appointment for financial reasons. 

Do you offer financial help?

You can apply for financial assistance through the Montana Abortion Access Program. This link will take you directly to their application: https://mtabortion.org/application/. Once you submit your application, someone will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your situation and decide how much of your appointment they will cover. Let us know if you have any questions! Do you take checks?

No, but we do accept cash, major credit/debit cards, money orders, PayPal payments and cashier’s checks.
